Breast Milk Ice Cream is the perfect creamy delicious snack for your baby or toddler during the hotter months of the year.

This is also the perfect recipe to use up any excess breast milk you may have in the freezer. That stuff is liquid gold – so you want to make sure you get the very best out of it.

It is recommended that baby’s under six months of age should only exclusively have breast milk – so if your baby is over six months and is still consuming breast milk regularly – then this recipe is perfect for them!

  1. In a bowl, mix together the breast milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.

  2. Tightly seal the bowl and prepare a larger bowl.

  3. Place crushed ice in the larger bowl and put the smaller one inside, then add some more crushed ice on the empty spots. Sprinkle salt on the top of the bowl. (You can also use ziplocks instead of bowls)

  4. Roll the bowls back and forth until the texture starts to thicken, do this for around 10 minutes and until the mixture forms into an ice cream-like texture.

  5. You can also put the mixture into popsicle molds and then serve it as popsicles.
